Returns

All garments on our website are made to order. We, as a sustainable fashion brand, work with this model to avoid overproduction and ensure the best quality possible.

*All sales are final with the only exception that we delivered the wrong size, a different or faulty product.

Because every garment is made by order for each customer, it is not possible to return or change a product that doesn't have the characteristics mentioned above.

If the product is eligible for a return and refund, the product must be in perfect condition and the original labels need to be included.

*There is a fee for every return that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel your purchase 3 days after you have placed your order.
